Many problems can be fixed/solved onsite. However the more extensive/complex jobs may have to be carried out at our workshop. If this is the case, your PC will be returned back to you at the earliest possible time. Most callouts are carried out the very same day, otherwise within a 48hour period, this of course depending on our workload.
Please be aware of the following before calling us out to Internet related problems.
Please make sure that the problem does not lie with your service provider and that your broadband line has been enabled before calling out our staff as if we do come out and the problem lies with your service provider then you will still be charged for the time spent diagnosing.
